De-icing of cranes and wind turbines
Skylevel has tested de-icing of wind turbines and cranes in extreme weather conditions. Tests have been down to -30 degrees Celsius. The system we use is a specially developed spray system with extra powerful pump and hose. The system is mounted on the Drone Volt – Hercules H20 This allows us to fly all the way up to an altitude of 160 meters.

Specially designed drone with de-icing system
Our system is developed to be able to operate in the upper air layers (up to 160 meters) as well as withstand wind and weather. The drone can lift up to 20 kg payload and has built-in RTK for maximum positioning and control in difficult conditions.
